Service Description

Come and lay down and relax for an hour allowing the beautiful sounds of a variety of holistic instruments to wash over you. This session will wash away your tension and anxieties and give you a good nights sleep. This will set you up to start your week feeling fantastic, relaxed and blissful. The studio is fully equipped with mats, blankets and bolsters. please bring a cushion or small pillow for your head. **Please note Sound baths are not suitable for women in the first 3 months of pregnancy, if you have a pacemaker, if you have unstable epilepsy.
