Service Description

Come and Join us for this one off bespoke event to be held at the wonderful Root Pilates studio in New Mill HD9. This retreat style day will incorporate a number of healing modalities to boost and enhance your health and wellness, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. This event will include guided meditation, shamanic drumming, powerful breathwork, crystal meditation, guided body movement, kundalini yoga, mantra meditation, lunch, journalling, crystal work, reiki, sound bath and oracle card reading - wow! A whole host of healing modalities. Sarah from The Sacred Place and Jean from Kundalini Yoga and Sound Therapy will guide you seamlessly through the day in a safe, non judgemental space. The studio is fully equipped with all we need, mats, blankets etc but please bring a small cushion/pillow for your comfort too and your water bottle. This event is open to males and females and is completely suitable to beginners to any of the above mentioned modalities. All bookings are non refundable but they may be gifted on to someone of your choice. Please advise us of any name changes. Your place is secured once payment is received. numbers limited for comfort. Cancelation Policy

Terms of your booking - All bookings are non refundable. To reschedule your booking to a different date, please contact me by email/text as soon as possible and at least 24 hours before the start of your class/event/ceremony so we can rearrange. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours to the start of your booking/event/class will be charged for and cannot be rescheduled sorry.
