We will have a 1 hour breathwork class followed by tea/coffee and cakes/buns and a lovely chat! HOME BAKED DONATIONS WELCOME but please dont feel you have to bring cake! To reschedule your booking to a different date, please contact me by email/text as soon as possible and at least 24 hours before the start of your class/event/ceremony so we can rearrange. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours to the start of your booking will be charged for and cannot be recheduled sorry.
