Service Description

Come and join me for a fantastic detoxify and cleanse kundalini yoga session to set yourselves up for a great start to the new year! We will use proven powerful breath techniques to detoxify our lungs and movement of our bodies with kundalini yoga to cleanse and refresh. Holiday times can be taxing and draining on both the physical and mental aspects of your body and kundalini yoga can be a deeply healing tool to help us detoxify and cleanse, helping get rid of toxins. We will use meditation and relaxation to help with the holiday feast recovery! and conclude with a beautiful relaxing gong bath - bliss! to connect our own vibrations to the vibrations of the healing instruments. We will have a short social period at the end to chat and share refreshments. This event is suitable for beginners who are new to kundalini yoga and everyone else too. I welcome both males and females to this event. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start to complete a health form and to get settled onto your mats. This is your wellness time. It is advisable to fast for 2 hours before practicing powerful kundalini yoga. Please bring a yoga mat or similar/blanket for relaxation/small cushion/drink of water. Cancelation Policy

Terms of your booking - All bookings are non refundable. To reschedule your booking to a different date, please contact me by email/text as soon as possible and at least 24 hours before the start of your class/event/ceremony so we can rearrange. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours to the start of your booking/event/class will be charged for and cannot be rescheduled sorry.
