Service Description

Come and join me for this one off bespoke event. I will guide you through a kundalini session with movement to awaken and balance your chakra energies to get you firing on all cylinders! We will also chant some gentle mantra and finish with a full sound bath for your relaxation to consolidate your experience enabling your energies to settle and go where needed. We will have a short social chat at the end of the event sharing yogi teas and energy balls - absolute bliss! please bring a yoga mat/blanket/cushion and drink of water for your comfort. This event is completely suitable for beginners to kundalini yoga and sound therapy. I welcome both males and females to this event. please contact me with any questions or queries you may have. Cancelation Policy

Terms of your booking - All bookings are non refundable. To reschedule your booking to a different date, please contact me by email/text as soon as possible and at least 24 hours before the start of your class/event/ceremony so we can rearrange. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours to the start of your booking/event/class will be charged for and cannot be rescheduled sorry.
