Come and join me for this fabulous one off free style Spiritdance session! In this hour we will enjoy guided meditation, breathwork, freestyle Spiritdance for grounding as we approach winter, and we will conclude with a short himalayan singing bowls relaxation - bliss! No previous experience of any of the above mentioned healing modalities needed, so please come along and enjoy an hour of indulgent wellness xx This event is being offered at an introductory price of £10 per person and is open to all. To be held at the gorgeous Bebe's Cafe in central Holmfirth. Please contact me with any questions xx

Cancelation Policy

Terms of your booking - All bookings are non refundable. To reschedule your booking to a different date, please contact me by email/text as soon as possible and at least 24 hours before the start of your class/event/ceremony so we can rearrange. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours to the start of your booking/event/class will be charged for and cannot be rescheduled sorry.
