Service Description

Come and join us for this wonderful half day retreat at the beautiful Root Pilates studio in New Mill, to boost your health and wellness. We will start with a super heart opening cacao ceremony where we will work with 100% ceremonial grade cacao with over 300 nutrients! Its a true superfood. We will embrace all aspects of ceremony and sit in circle to open up our hearts and minds. we will gather in circle to honor our path, whatever that may be. I will hold space for you to be your true authentic self. We will share ceremony, dance, kundalini yoga and meditation. You will then receive some beautiful Angelic Reiki for healing through the angelic realm. We will conclude the retreat with a relaxing sound bath - bliss! to connect our own vibrations to the vibrations of the healing gong and singing bowls. I will be joined at this event by my co-host Deborah Brown, Kundalini yoga teacher, Shamanic Practitioner student and Angelic Reiki practitioner. We will have a short social period at the end for refreshments. This event is suitable for beginners who are new to ceremony/kundalini/reiki and everyone else too. please bring your journal if you use one, but dont worry if not as I will provide paper for us to do a little guided journaling. You are invited to wear something you feel beautiful in! This ceremony is all about you, sharing space and energy with likeminded women in circle. Please note this is a female only event and places are limited to 10 for comfort. It is advisable to fast for at least 2 hours before your ceremony, this allows the cacao to work more effectively. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start to complete a health form and to settle onto your mats. *** PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE LATE as the ceremony will have started and the sacred space cannot be disturbed. This is your wellness time. I will provide mats/blankets/cushions but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. ** i invite you to approach your cacao ceremony with enthusiasm and an open heart, however you are encouraged to use care when working with cacao as it is a natural plant medicine. It is your responsibility to declare any pre existing medical condition. Cacao is not recommended if you have a heart condition, if you are undergoing chemotherapy or have any other severe illness. Cacao can be contraindicated with certain antidepressant medications so please contact me with any queries before booking. I am looking forward to sharing this beautiful space with you xx

Cancelation Policy

Terms of your booking - All bookings are non refundable. To reschedule your booking to a different date, please contact me by email/text as soon as possible and at least 24 hours before the start of your class/event/ceremony so we can rearrange. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours to the start of your booking/event/class will be charged for and cannot be rescheduled sorry.
