By bringing yoga directly to you, either in your own home or a private setting, I   can tailor sessions to suit your needs from one class to a course of 6/8 sessions.  I can also offer one to one sound therapy sessions for all your needs. The sound sessions can be relaxing or stimulating using a range of holistic insturmentation. Please contact me to discuss sessions and pricing.

My classes focus on breathwork (pranayama), movement, mantra meditation and relaxation of the body. The energy that can be experienced in a group class is very powerful and uplifting. You can literally feel a difference after just one class, that's how fast this scientific wonderful yoga works! I keep my classes to a comfortable number of people so please reach out to book.

I also offer Kundalini Yoga workshops/events/cacao ceremonies which are longer sessions so we can really dig deep and feel the benefits for longer. These events are always held on weekends and are two and a half to three hours long.  I collaborate in some of my events with other like minded holistic workers to bring you a beautiful nourishing experience. This includes Sound therapists and other Kundalini yoga teachers.  Rest assured you will be in a safe space and I will hold space for you to engage authentically. You will leave my workshops feeling lighter, uplifted and joyful. Please see my bookings page for further information. All my classes and workshops are completely suitable for beginners.
